How's the Real Estate Market.

As the new Year approaches the market is quiet. Interest rates are climbing and inventories are low.

Low inventories are expected this time or year, but there are still some good buys.  The January market will be

slow as winter weather take over our landscape. Hopefully a early thaw will happen.

The Market is still moving... The interest rates are low and the weather is decent. This is all keeping the 

market moving along.. Lake front homes are still selling, most of the activity is under 400K.  The Residential

market is strong, with a lack of inventory in some area's. It's a great time to either buy or sell.. These conditions

should continue until the Christmas Holiday's approach, and the snow starts to fall.

The Market is GREAT,,,,  Buying or Selling, it's time to make your move. The lake market has picked up

a lot since my last update.. The prices are still low as the inventory remains high on most lakes. Buyers

should take advantage of great prices and low interest rates... Off water homes are selling if priced right.

Late Spring Real Estate Market

Finally the warm late Spring weather has arrived. The lake market is starting to pick up
with medium to high inventories on most lakes. I expect more homes to hit the market
now that the docks and boats are finally in the water.. High lake inventories will keep prices
down and make this summer another buyers market for the lakes. The off water market has
a lower inventory of homes in some locations, and price ranges.. I'm seeing many homes
receiving multiple offers.  The prices are rising in these locations and price ranges.
